This is where I will be blogging my progress with the 30 day Map program http://londonpersontrainingstudio.com . I have cleaned the cabinets, done the shopping, read the Elimination Diet...am amped and ready to go.
I do need to get the "before pictures" posted, just got to find the camera cable. :)
I am 36, mother of 3....have lived (due to husband's Federal Government job) in 6 states in 8 years. I have always been an athletic person, competitive sports my whole life. But, in the last 3 years I have really gotten sloppy with my nutrition, and as a result, I am physically a mess. It is time to really get it together, firm up, and look like the athlete I know I still am.
I am competing in triathlons for my second season this summer, and I love to run and lift weights. Dropping the 25 pounds I need to lose will only help with these endeavors, nevermind I want to be a hot momma for my husband of 13 years!
I am 5'3"...and weigh 154 pounds. I am looking forward to this journey!
